Your day, step by step
No surprises. Here’s exactly what happens before, during, and after.
We start with an ultrasound to map exactly which valves are failing — it’s painless and takes under an hour. Your doctor walks you through the results and builds a plan. We verify your insurance benefits before anything is scheduled.
Vein treatments are done right in our office. The skin is numbed, and the doctor closes the failed vein from the inside with laser energy or VenaSeal™ adhesive. Most sessions take well under an hour.
You walk out of the office — walking is actually encouraged. Most people return to normal activity right away, with at most mild soreness. Improvement in aching and heaviness is often noticeable within days to weeks.

Consider referral for: symptomatic varicosities (pain, heaviness, swelling), skin changes or venous stasis ulceration, superficial thrombophlebitis, bleeding varicosities, or duplex-documented reflux.
Workup we handle: venous duplex reflux study, CEAP classification, and conservative-therapy documentation for insurance authorization. Your office receives the complete report through the CiC physician portal.
