Routine referrals are typically seen within one week. Urgent cases — rest pain, non-healing wounds, suspected CLTI — are prioritized for same-week evaluation, often within 48 hours. Flag urgency in your referral or call the liaison line directly.
You receive the consult note after the first visit, the full procedure report with imaging summary within days of treatment, and the follow-up plan — all in the physician portal, with optional fax or eCW P2P delivery. You always know where your patient stands.
We take that off your plate. Our team verifies benefits and obtains prior authorization before scheduling any procedure. We accept Medicare and most major plans. If a patient isn't covered for a given treatment, we tell them — and you — before anything happens.
They're your patients. We treat the specific problem you referred for, coordinate follow-up with your office, and return the patient to your care with a clear plan. We don't absorb primary or ongoing management.
